There are some differences between high chromium cast iron and alloy steel in quenching process specifications, which are mainly shown in the following aspects:

1. There are a large number of eutectic carbides in the structure of high chromium cast iron, which are different from matrix metal in thermal expansion and contraction and heat conduction. 1. Surface treatment with professional repair agent: remove loose substances on the surface of alloy steel castings, polish with sand blasting, electric grinding wheel, wire brush or coarse sand paper to improve the roughness of the repaired surface, and wipe with acetone cleaning agent to clean the bonded surface.

2. Glue coating for professional repair agent: The repair agent is composed of A and B components. When in use, the main agent A and curing agent B are fully mixed according to the specified mixture ratio until the colors are uniform and consistent. The repair agent is used up within the specified usable time. The remaining glue cannot be reused.

3. Professional Repairing Agent Apply the mixed repairing agent on the surface of the treated substrate, apply uniform force and press repeatedly to ensure that the material is in full contact with the substrate surface of alloy steel casting to achieve better effect. When multi-layer coating is required, the original coating surface shall be treated before coating.

4. Professional repair agents can appropriately extend the curing time when the temperature is lower than 25℃. When the temperature is lower than 15℃, appropriate heat sources (infrared ray, electric furnace, etc.) are used for heating. However, the repair parts of alloy steel castings cannot be directly contacted during heating. The correct operation is that the heat source is more than 40cm from the repair surface and kept at 60 ~ 80℃ for 2 ~ 3 hours.

However, after the alloy steel castings are re-bonded with professional repair agent, it is necessary to make another layer of protection on the casting surface to ensure the internal bonding effect, so that the castings can continue to be used as if there is no fracture.
