  • Description: Chair Mould(FURNITUREMOULD) is the key moulding tools for chair products. If the quality of the chair mould changes, such as shape change, position shift, rough surface, and tight contact with the mould surface, it will directly affect the quality of plastic products. Therefore, we must pay attention to the use and maintenance of the chair mould. The main points are as follows: (1) Before production, check the parts of the chair mould for impurities. Dirt, the paint, impurities, and dirt in the chair mould should be scrubbed with cotton gauze, and the glued residue should be cleaned with a copper cutter. (2) Reasonable selection of clamping force, which is based on the fact that no flash is produced when the product is formed. Excessive clamping force increases the power consumption and speeds up the wear of the chair mould and transmission parts. (3) The sliding parts of the chair mould, such as the guidepost, the push rod, the reset rod, the tie rod, etc., are oiled twice a day during the summer and only once in the winter. (4) When the full-time chair mould is on duty, the chair mould in production should be inspected and observed, and problems should be dealt with in a timely manner. When the maintenance worker takes over, he should be employed 5 to 10 minutes in advance to check the production status of the chair mould—especially for the chair mould that often have secondary waste products. The more problematic and more prominent chair mould should pay more attention. (5) During production, power outages and shutdowns occur. For more than 6 hours of continuous shutdown, in the rainy season in the south, when the air is humid, the moulding surface, the parting surface, and the sliding surface should be sprayed with anti-rust oil. If the machine is not stopped for more than 24 hours in the rainy season, it is necessary to spray anti-rust lubricant on the moulding surface of the chair mould, the parting surface, and the sliding surface. For the temporary use of the chair mould that needs to be put into stock, thoroughly clean it before entering the warehouse, then spray the anti-rust lubricant, and put it into the warehouse after the mould is tight. (6) It is not allowed to hit any part of the chair mould with a hammer to prevent knock marks or deformation. (7) The equipment is temporarily not used, and the chair mould on the injection should be coated with anti-rust oil. It is not allowed to be in a mould clamping state for a long time between the mould and the fixed mould to prevent deformation under pressure. Click Table Mould to learn about more information.
