Types and standard sizes of V Belt For Sale on the market:
There are three common V-belts: classic V-belts (classified by size from A to E), narrow V series (classified by their 3V, 5V and 8V sizes), and light and low-power horsepower belts (classified by their sizes ) 2L, 3L, 4L, 5L). The corresponding toothed belts are classified with the letter X. For example, the classic V-tooth belt will be 3VX, 5VX, etc.
Classic triangle belt:
Conventional V-belt is the most common type of V-belt and has the longest use time. The original classic V-shaped design replaced the belt, which replaced the belt in many industries such as agriculture, ventilation and industrial machinery. The classic V-belt can cover a load range from decimals (less than 1 HP) to 500 horsepower. They are not as efficient as narrow V-belts and usually increase bearing load. However, the traditional V-belt has a higher tolerance to harsh working conditions.
The general part number format is the cross-sectional size and internal length (in inches) (for example, B50 is a type B section with an internal length of 50 inches).
