Jagex is not the only community that I see this problem with, however. When community leaders select co-leaders to run their communities, they are urged and RS gold encouraged to create policies to avoid confusion. These are the ways that policies are usually introduced. But, as you now know, there are many downsides to sticking to a policy or filter for longer than. Sites can filter in the same way as they did before, even though activity is decreasing. This could lead to an increase in inactivity and a lack of content.

To explain this better I will provide a personal example. What I say and how I conduct myself during Clan Chat depends on how many people are taking part. If there are only some people on CC, I will attempt to interact with them, have fun and have a good time.

I tend to be more serious when there are about 15 people on the chat. However, it doesn't mean that I'm not as than friendly. This is because I am accountable for moderated clan chats which are larger and more likely than normal to have some trolls. Dynamic filtering is also possible.

The Jagex plan was announced in March 2004 for "Randomly Generated Scenarios," where each time you take on the challenge, a new adventure is created for you and other friends. "Form an adventure group and embark to discover your own adventure" (source). This new ability is useful.
There is no evidence. But, RuneScape shares the game engine with MechScape/Stellar Dawn. It is possible that RuneScape has made improvements to run things that were not possible prior to.

The Roleplay / Dungeon Master Theory - My guess at how this all connects. What does this mean? Perhaps it could refer to questing within dynamically generated instanced realms. This could allow groups of players to take on custom quests in the dungeons. The skill could be needed to let a game master control the adventures. As such the skill would be for the "dungeon master" or adventurer/roleplayer to be able to better control the adventure (maybe it'd allow more people in the adventure, higher level enemies, better loot, etc). This is in line with MMG's claim that "the entire community would love the game" since it is so community-focused. However, he might have also said that players would enjoy it.

...So, what are your thoughts on the foundations as well as the assumptions and resulting theory? I attempted to keep them apart so that people could debate the strengths of each, and then develop their own ideas from them.

After the last update regarding friend trading, in which you can trade more with long term friends, I was thinking about starting a money transfer clan cheap OSRS gold called Runescape Union. (Instead Western Union. It would allow money to be transferred quickly between two separate organizations. My plan is basically to allow this.
