Why isn’t Peacock working on my television?

If Peacocktv.com/tv isn’t working on your television, try these steps:

Restart your gadget by disconnecting it or turning it off. Wait 20 seconds before plugging the device back in or restarting it.

  • Check the internet connection on the device.
  • Make sure your internet connection is powerful enough to stream.
  • Delete the cache and data on your smartphone (see app settings on your device).
  • Alternatively, you can remove and then reinstall the Peacock app on your device.
