The advantage of the cross universal joint is to make the equipment transmission design simpler. The function of the universal joint is:

  1. The transmission shaft can transmit the power of the transmission (or transfer) to the reduction gear in the main transmission in a balanced manner within a certain range of angle changes, to avoid damage to the transmission shaft components;
  2. There are two types of universal joints. Variable speed universal joint; that is, the commonly used cross-axis universal joint. During one revolution of the driving shaft, the rotational angular velocity of the driven shaft is not equal;
